It was earlier reported that Sergio Romero’s wife has taken to Instagram to express her anger on Manchester United. Romero wanted to move this summer but was denied a move by the United board, who didn’t get the proper offer for him. Romero had been linked with a move to Everton but it didn’t materialize due to his price tag.
It has been reported that Romero is desperate for a move out of Old Trafford and wants game-time as he enters the twilight of his career. He is reportedly keen to join the Major League Soccer in the USA now, whose window shuts in the last days of October. Manchester United should allow Romero to move as they will get rid of his wages and will also get some money for his transfer.
Romero has been a great servant of Manchester United, and this might just be the perfect time for the club and the player to let go of one another.
