Sir Jim Ratcliffe Open To Selling Every Player Apart From Three

As reported by the Mirror, Manchester United will be planning to sell up to 12 players this summer as they aim to rebuild their squad this summer.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe wants to keep only three players safe- Rasmus Hojlund, Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo. The rest of the players will be made available for transfer in the upcoming transfer window.

The English elites are looking to build the club around these three future stars, who have shone in this campaign.

Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules as well as their failure to land a Champions League spot will hit them financially. They can go to a sell-and-buy strategy if they are unable to grab a spot in any European competitions.

Star attacker Marcus Rashford will not be pitched to any club but the Red Devils are ready to entertain offers for the English winger.

Senior players Casemiro, Harry Maguire and Raphael Varane are linked with a move away from Old Trafford for quite some time now.

Jonny Evans, Luke Shaw, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Victor Lindelof are also on this list. The former’s contract is set to expire this summer and he will leave the club. Sofyan Amrabat’s loan deal will expire in June and he will be returning to Fiorentina.

Mason Mount and Bruno Fernandes are also included in this list. The captain’s place in the team is under threat if the club continues to perform poorly in the upcoming games.

Christian Eriksen and Antony have continued to perform poorly this season and the club will be ready to cash in on them. Meanwhile, substitute hero Scott McTominay’s status at the club depends on whether the club sign new midfielders.

Mason Greenwood is also available for transfer after his loan spell with Getafe ends in the next few months. The club is open to hearing offers for the youngster.
