Amad Diallo the Teenage sensation has signed for the club in the January transfer window and has created quite the buzz.
The 18-year-old is said to be the next big thing and has also impressed in training. Ole Gunnar Solksjaer has also hinted that it wouldn’t be long before we could see the teenager in the Manchester United matchday squad for the first team.
Solksjaer commented on Amad Diallo when asked how he has settled in, “Very Good. He can handle the ball, he has enjoyed training, which is quite remarkable at this age.”
Ole and the staff at Manchester United do not want to put too much pressure on the young lad as it could be detrimental to his success but they seem to be really impressed with how he has adapted to his surroundings. According to Goal it could be less than even a month before we see Amad Diallo in the matchday squad of the first team and it could help bolster the forward line.
There has been a lot of commotion and an extravagant fee has been spent on the teenager but if developed properly this could be peanuts compared to the kind of impact that he may have. It is always a gamble when signing a young player, especially from another league because you don’t necessarily know how they will adapt to foreign conditions or if their mentality will help them grown in a new environment.
Manchester United seem confident about his abilities and see all these new transfers as part of a long term vision for the future rather than just a quick fix along the route.
