The latest reports have claimed that Manchester United gem Paul Pogba is fit and available to play but is making false claims of being injured in order to make a move away from Old Trafford in the winter transfer market.
This shocking story was stated by Cope’s Radio show, where sources from inside the Manchester United’s dressing room revealed that the 26-year-old is fit having recovered from an ankle injury but Pogba is only delaying his return to action because he does not want to feature for the Red Devils anymore and make a move to the Santiago Bernabeu.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer refused to sell Pogba in the summer transfer window despite interest from top suitors across the European continent including Real Madrid and Juventus, but it seems like the World Cup winner is planning to force a move away from the Theatre Of Dreams in January.
Pogba has not featured for Solskjaer’s team since the 1-1 draw against fierce rivals Arsenal early in September but the Frenchman is targeting a return to action for the Manchester derby on 7th December. Pogba was spotted training in Dubai last week and the 46-year-old Norwegian Solskjaer claimed that his ace midfielder had been working on his fitness, “He’s improving. Obviously, when you’re in a cast for that long you do lose your muscle and gradually you have to step it up. He’s not started on his football work yet and it will still be a little while before we see him.”
Pogba then gave an injury update of his own explaining that he feels a bit helpless to be unable to effect football games but insisted that the most important thing is to heal, “I’m gutted. To see the team lose without being able to play is the worst. I would like to be back to help them but the most important thing is to heal.”
The Red half of Manchester currently sits on 9th place on the Premier League table and are in dire need of some inspiration to book their place in the top four. Hopefully, the sooner Pogba returns to action for Solskjaer’s team, he could be the catalyst for a change and lift United from their slump.
