The Jadon Sancho to Manchester United seems to be never-ending, as it sees yet another potential twist in the recent turn of events. It was earlier reported that United were given a deadline of 10th of August to complete the signing of Sancho. Yesterday, Dortmund’s Sporting Director, Micheal Zorc announced that Sancho will be staying at Dortmund next season.

Jadon Sancho was almost destined to leave for Old Trafford, but with Zorc’s statement to the press dark clouds remain over the transfer. The player has reportedly had personal terms agreed with Manchester United and looking for a lucrative contract of five years at Old Trafford. Sancho was spotted at London for a party at his friend’s place but has boarded Dortmund’s plane for their pre-season training.
United board members aren’t taking Zorc’s statement seriously because of Dortmund’s previous transfer business with Dembele and Aubameyang. Solskjaer and Woodward are still confident of signing Sancho and think of the August 10th deadline as an artificial deadline. But the transfer will surely be difficult because of the hefty price tag Dortmund have set on Sancho.
Sancho situation after Zorc words.
Manchester United find it “unusual” that Borussia Dortmund insist they work through an agent, not through them directly. This has always been a problem of the negotiations.

The transfer window remains open for about more two months but the Red Devils will need to make the Sancho transfer as soon as possible.
