Manchester United FC have had a relatively successful season in the Premier League this time as compared to the recent past. The Red Devils have arguably the best youngsters in the world and the Premier League has acknowledged to the fact.
The Young Premier League Player of the Season award has three United players in the final eight nominees, including United loanee Dean Henderson.
Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood and Anthony Martial have been nominated for the best young player of the season in the Premier League. Manchester United’s front three have been lethal this season as they have scored goals left, right and centre. Rashford and Martial have both scored 17 goals this season in the league, which is their best tally.
Mason Greenwood, who is only 18-years old, has played 31 games in the Premier League in his breakthrough season. The young Englishman has scored 10 goals in the league and is arguably the best teenager in the Premier League. All the three of Rashford, Martial and Greenwood have played extremely well this season and deserve a spot in the top-eight nominations.
Only time will tell if a United players bags the award or if it goes in someone else’s camp.
