According to the Athletic, Manchester United has expressed a strong interest in signing the sons of the club’s technical director, Darren Fletcher.
The two sons, Jack and Tyler, have been making progress within the ranks of Manchester City, despite their father’s successful career at United.
The Red Devils are eager to secure the signing of Fletcher’s sons, Jack and Tyler, who have been making notable progress in the youth ranks at Manchester City, despite their father’s successful career at United.
The talented duo, hailing from Manchester, are highly regarded as promising prospects within their age group at the Etihad Stadium. However, talks have begun between the Fletcher family and United, indicating a potential move to Old Trafford.
The transfer is expected to involve a significant fee, with both players currently 16 years old but eligible to sign professional contracts when they turn 17 in March 2024.
While Manchester City is keen on retaining the siblings, the players themselves reportedly favour a move to Old Trafford, where their father holds the role of technical director.
