Manchester United FC have always made it point to promote talented young players and sign young players who have potential. The Red Devils have had several young players feature for them last season and showed encouraging signs. The club has now reportedly got permission from international bodies to sign Barcelona youngster Marc Jurado after the young Spaniard didn’t agree on a contract with Barcelona.
Marc Jurado has been one of the best young defenders in the world and has had his name linked with United for quite a while. The young right-back was one of the best young players at La Masia. Jurado saw his contract run out, as Barcelona couldn’t agree on terms with the player, even though they were desperate to keep him.
Jurado has taken to social media to thank Barcelona and is now just days away from a move to Old Trafford. His quality on and off the ball, positional awareness and speed will make him a potential star at United. If everything goes well for Jurado, he might replace the likes of Wan Bissaka in the United starting XI, in future.
Marc Jurado has all the potential to be a modern-day great full-back and look to replicate the success his predecessors have had at United.
