Wan-Bissaka reflects upon the loss to Arsenal

Aaron Wan-Bissaka has been an ever-present figure in Manchester United, since his arrival at Old Trafford last summer. The right-back has been superb for the Red Devils and his presence has brought great solidity to the United defence. In his talk with MUTV, Wan-Bissaka has asked the United players and fanbase to remain united and keep a positive attitude for the upcoming games.

Wan-Bissaka has had a good start to the season personally, after pocketing the likes of Neymar and Mbappe. Manchester United seemed to have turned a corner with wins against PSG and RB Leipzig but the defeat against Arsenal has come at the worst time for the Red Devils. In his post-match interview, the right-back expressed his grief and wants the fanbase to stay united.

In his recent interview, Wan-Bissaka said: “It’s a disappointing result. To come out on the pitch second half and put all that effort in and not to come out with a result. We come out every game with the mentality to win and put in a good performance but we’ve got to learn from it and put it right in the next game.”

Manchester United need to be consistent in the Premier League as they are very low in the league table. Solskjaer will have to take some bold steps if he wants to keep his job and keep Manchester United in track to compete for the top-four places in the league. The players will also need to step up and take the onus as well in order to let the historic club not become just another club in the history books.
