Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s chances of reigning at Old Trafford has hit the biggest block till now. United’s 4-2 loss against Leicester City was a result that may look big but sadly its just another defeat that looks very habitual now.
The more realistic question that has been on our mind is that do we need a more experienced manager at the helm ? Does Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs more time? Is he getting more time than he deserves? Should the board be looking for a top-class manager straightaway ?
Many questions but right now, there are no answers from the authority but sooner or later such results will decide the fate of the club.
1 – This was Manchester United’s first away league defeat in 30 games (since a 2-0 loss at Liverpool in January 2020), and the first time the Red Devils have conceded four goals in an away league game since April 2019 (0-4 vs Everton). Burst. pic.twitter.com/xXmI6T6JOS

If we analyze other teams like Chelsea, they had Frank Lampard as their coach last season. He built a great team with top class players like Thiago Silva, Kia Havertz, Mendy, Werner, Kante, Jorginho and many others. But he never knew how to organize them, how to manage the tactical set-up and how to bring the best out of his players.

The Chelsea board took a swift decision and sacked their club legend. They brought in a world class coach in Thomas Tuchel and this move turned to be a master stroke. Within a span of few months, they were Champions League winners and also completed in the top four of the table last season.
The Big difference he brought was that he was able to bring in a full proof plan, a very good tactical approach in their game and converted a leaky defense into the best one in the league.
Manchester United are crying for the same change, but will the board listen or will they continue to back Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, will be the main question.

In case they sack Solskjaer, who will be the next world-class manager to enter the Theatre of Dreams and bring back the club’s lost glory. Let’s discuss the probability:
Antonio Conte: 2/1 (Highly preferred)
The former Chelsea and Inter Milan coach who is surprisingly a free agent right now is at the top of the list. A world-class manager who helped Inter Milan win their first league title in 11 years and also ended Juventus’s Serie A dominance.
Conte’s qualities are indisputable as he has been strong mentally in every league that he is present. With Chelsea, he won the league title in his first year in charge and also won the FA Cup in another season.
He had a good record in terms of winning big matches and showed great consistency because of which he has been the bookmarker’s favourite.
A strong leader who can turn the tide at Old Trafford and bring the best out of the current bunch of talented players. We are sure that the board will back him up for sure and listen to his demands.
Zinedine Zidane: 10/1
After United’s defeat against Leicester City, Twitter was flooded with one big name and it was Zinadine Zidane. The former Real Madrid coach has won three consecutive UEFA Champions League titles, two Club World Cups, two UEFA Super Cups, two Spanish Super Cups, and two La Liga titles at his parent club as a coach.
He possesses qualities that are different from most of the other coaches. He has a more modern view towards the game, demands strong dominant performances and also forms great leaders in the squad.
Just look at Real Madrid, a team that was in shambles before his arrival. He then returned to his parent club as their manager in 2016 and soon started showing his power.
He brought in a more dynamic playing style and restructured the team formation. Brough in new fitness coach and build a whole new background staff. He believed in good chemistry and leadership and he brought all those attributes to the Santiago Bernabeu.
He had a 68% win ratio and won a trophy every 19 games at Real Madrid. Another bookmaker’s favourite and if he is appointed as the coach of Manchester United than the whole club will turn into a genuine title contender from the very first match.
