Woodward has increased security in his Chesire home on deadline day

Manchester United have had one of their worst transfer windows in the history of the club in the Premier League history. The Red Devils have been poor with negotiation, as they have signed none of Solskjaer’s top priorities this summer. Amongst all this chaos, The Mirror has reported that Manchester United CEO Ed Woodward has increased security around his house on the deadline day.

With about 10 hours left in the transfer window, Manchester United have arguably had one of the worst transfers in the Premier League. Earlier in January, Woodward’s house was attacked as United played poor football and the board couldn’t get the signings. This summer, the situation is even worse as the club haven’t yet made any money from player sales and haven’t even placed a bid for priority signing of Jadon Sancho.

It is now being reported that Woodward has increased the security in and around his house. The United CEO is scared of being under another attack from the mob, which is likely because of the transfer window chaos. No act of violence should be promoted even though United’s business in the transfer window has been shambolic.

With none of Solskjaer’s priority signings done, it is expected to be a long season for Manchester United.
