Bruno Fernandes has arguably been one of the best players in the Premier League since his arrival in January. The Red Devils had reportedly scouted him since the summer of 2019, but only signed him in January 2020 after being desperate for creativity from the midfield. Since joining United, Fernandes has played 22 games in which he has scored 12 goals and has provided eight assists.
In the Premier League, Fernandes has played 14 games in which he has scored eight goals and has even provided seven assists. His goal contribution has been immaculate and has helped United finish in third place in the Premier League. His vision and work-rate have been second to none at United as he has almost played every minute of football since his arrival at Old Trafford.
Solskjaer will be hoping for Fernandes to repeat his heroics this season as well, helping United challenge for silverware.
