Luis Saha says sacking Solskjaer will not be a solution

Manchester United is one of the biggest clubs in the world and being the club’s manager is a tough job. Current manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had a good season last time around, but the season has started poorly for the Red Devils with many suggesting the manager be sacked. In his latest interview with TEAMtalk, former United striker Luis Saha has backed Solskjaer and says sacking the Norwegian will not help United.

Being Manchester United’s manager is a difficult job and Solskjaer is already aware of it. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been under the firing line lately due to Manchester United’s poor results. The Norwegian took the Red Devils to a third-place finish in the Premier League last season, but talks of his sacking have already started.

In his interview, Luis Saha said: “We are rushing to make a judgement on Ole and that is wrong after three games of the season. You cannot forget everything that has happened in the last year and sack another manager just because they had a bad start to the season.”

Saha is correct in his own way as it was Solskjaer who guided the Red Devils to a third-place finish last season along with three semifinals. The United board and fanbase need to be patient with the manager, especially when he has done very well last season. The board hasn’t backed him this summer and thus it will be difficult for any manager to succeed.
