Renowned transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Amad Diallo is yet to make a decision regarding his future. There are many offers available for him but he will be making the decision after talking to his agent.
While talking to The United Stand, Fabrizio Romano said:
“He received more than five bids, I’m told – all loan bids, of course – and many clubs interested to have him on loan. Basel in Switzerland wants him, Sheffield United, also Crystal Palace; many, many clubs from Premier League, from Bundesliga, from many countries. But as of now, Amad has not decided yet. He wants to take his time, in some days he will make the final decision together with his agent”.
The young Ivorian Coast winger was signed by Manchester United from Atlanta for £37m. But he has failed to get enough game-time as he has made just eight senior appearances till now.
He showed great progress while playing for the United U23 squad but has failed to get enough game time to make an impact while playing for the senior squad. He had his moment when he scored a goal against AC Milan in the quarterfinal round of last year’s Uefa Europa League.
He could have played the preseason matches but he was on International duty for Ivory Coast. Manchester United is planning to offer him on loan in an attempt to help the player to earn some vital minutes.
Many clubs like FC Basel, Crystal Palace, and Sheffield United are highly interested in his services. They have asked for a one-year loan move.
The arrival of Jadon Sancho has further hindered Diallos’ chances of playing regularly for Manchester United.
