Could Jesse Lingard be heading to Italy?

Jesse Lingard’s future at the club has been uncertain for quite some time now and it looks like a move away from the club may be on the cards sooner rather than later.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already told the press that Marcos Rojo and Sergio Romero who are also part of the fringe players in the side will be let go after the season.

Jesse Lingard has hardly managed to get any game time and has had to deal with several issues on as well as off the pitch.

According to The Mirror, Inter Milan and Antonio Conte are interested in securing the services of Jesse Lingard should he be up for grabs as the outcast has now reached very low in the pecking order.

Jesse Lingard who initially started as an academy product with a bright future has lost his way along the line with many factors affecting his game. Former teammates Romelu Lukaku and Ashley Young have reportedly influenced Conte to make the move for him.

Eriksen came from Tottenham and was expected to be the key to their rise in form but he has had a tough time in Italy and according to reports both Eriksen and the club are looking to part way from each other.

Jesse Lingard is said to be the backup option and while Jesse may get a chance to be united with his former teammates once again with every passing day it looks more and more likely that Sheffield United may make a loan move for him.

Sheffield who impressed everyone last season is struggling this time around and is looking for some fresh legs in the attacking department at the club.
