How can Paulo Dybala Play A Pivotal Role in United’s Attacking Force

With the upcoming summer transfer window, a lot of players will be joining and leaving United at the same time. Recently, Dybala’s agent has confirmed that Dybala would like to leave Juventus this summer as a free agent. Fabrizio Romano has also confirmed that the news is absolutely true and it would lead to an open race as to who would sign this star. United are going to lose Cavani this summer as he has already planned to have a different experience in some other leagues.

This certainly lures United to make an official bid for this prolific Argentine goal scoring machine this summer window. United can also lose Marcus Rashford which could infact help Sancho switch wings and let Dybala play in his designated RW position. Ragnick did the same thing by switching the winger’s flanks. Dybala’s entry into the Red Devils squad could also lead to a wonderful reunion between Ronaldo and him.

The Argentine excels in CAM position but it is currently occupied by Bruno Fernandes who has been doing an illustrious job. If Ragnick and the United board makes the move for Dybala the only position that would fit him is the RW position.

Let’s take a look at how United could line-up with Dybala-(if Rashford leaves)

Dybala is gifted with a good passing ability and a good acceleration which would surely be beneficial for the players in Red to counter-attack. Ronaldo and Dybala duo in the Serie A was a lethal one as they produced some exceptional goals and assists to each other.

United are also on the verge of losing some key players like Cavani, Rashford, Pogba, Mata and Dean Henderson. On the other hand, Bruno and Pogba are still negotiating for a proper deal with the United board to continue their career as a Red. However, Dybala can easily play in Pogba’s position if things go out of hand. Bruno and Dybala can play as the two CAM’s and provide some crucial balls inside the opponent’s half.

However, the main concern is the high wages that Dybala takes. With the number of players leaving, it seems that United could afford the wages demanded. Dybala has recorded 1.87 key passes per 90 rates in Juventus this season which is his lowest so far. Dybala shows potential as a central attacking midfielder by moving into the middle third to collect possession helping to open a pathway into open space.

United plans to get a new manager in the upcoming months and Dybala’s presence in the squad can be lethal for the United attack. No doubt that Sancho is on his resurgence phase, Dybala’s presence can highly be beneficial for every player out there. Now it totally comes down to the manager to make the right call to bring him in.
