As reported by Fichajes, Manchester United is interested in signing Borussia Monchengladbach star Ramy Bensebaini.
The Algerian international has attracted interest from several clubs in the Bundesliga and Premier League. He has been flaunting his versatility by playing as a center-back, left-back, or defensive midfielder.
However, it appears that Manchester United is one of those clubs that are interested in signing Bensebaini as a left-back, with Fichajes reporting that the Red Devils want the €25 million-rated defender to replace Luke Shaw and Alex Telles, who has failed to impress.
That could be a wise decision by United since Shaw in particular appears to be out of form and he has been looking quite different when compared to his performances last season at Old Trafford.

The England international was one of United’s best players and went on to have a fantastic Euro 2020 with his country, but he’s struggled in recent months.
Alex Telles has had several opportunities but has never looked convincing at this level, so there may be an opportunity for Bensebaini to be added to the team.
The 26-year-old might also provide United with options in other areas of the squad, so he makes sense as a general addition to our squad. However, the decision to sign new players this summer will be surely taken by United’s next permanent manager.
