Manchester United are reportedly open to selling Jadon Sancho to the highest bidder in the upcoming January transfer window, as reported by the Daily Star.
The club has suspended the England international due to his public outburst regarding comments made by Erik ten Hag after the Arsenal match.
The manager had previously stated that Sancho was omitted from the team due to his negative attitude during training, but Sancho disagreed with this explanation.
He accused the manager of providing false information and unfairly singling him out. Consequently, Sancho has been banned from participating in any first-team activities.

Sancho’s comeback to the team hinges on him offering a direct apology to the manager, but currently, he has no intention of doing so.
Reports now suggest that United are considering letting go of their £73 million signing in the upcoming transfer window.
They are open to selling him to the highest bidder, and it’s worth noting that his former club, Borussia Dortmund, has no intentions of re-signing the 23-year-old.
Sancho has faced significant challenges during his three-year tenure with United. Initially hailed as the long-term solution for the team’s right-wing position, he struggled to make a strong impact in that role.
Marcus Rashford typically holds the left flank as a regular starter, and the emergence of Alejandro Garnacho adds further competition for Sancho.

There is a possibility that United might try him in the number 10 role, but even then, he could find himself in a backup role as Bruno Fernandes is assured of a starting position as the team’s captain.
It’s not surprising that Sancho has grown frustrated, but expressing his displeasure towards Erik ten Hag was not the right course of action. He still has the opportunity to apologize for his actions.
However, if he doesn’t show remorse, it’s possible that the Red Devils may decide to sell him in January. They might have to accept a lower transfer fee given his limited playing time and high wages.
