Manchester United ready to let Aaron Wan-Bissaka leave on loan in January

As reported by SkySports journalist Florian Plettenburg, Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka would be allowed to leave the club in January.

There is very little likelihood that Aaron Wan-Bissaka will stay at Old Trafford past January. The club would prefer to sell him as soon as the forthcoming transfer window opens.

Erik ten Hag has decided against risking any other option for the right side of the defence in favour of Diogo Dalot. The Portuguese international has surpassed all expectations and will continue to be a crucial player as the season progresses.

But the United manager has been pleading for some much-needed coverage because Dalot hasn’t had a suitable replacement since the season’s beginning. The club rejected the attempts of West Ham United and Crystal Palace in the summer. The Eagles, however, might rekindle their interest in the youngster. Manchester United won’t be pulling any major profit from a player whom they signed for £55 million.

The Red Devils will first need to clear space because they have already identified a number of potential replacements, including Max Aarons and Jeremie Frimpong.

Currently, the board are also aiming to sign a striker and a backup goalkeeper along with a right-back. The Glazer’s decision of selling the club has made it even more interesting.
