Ole Gunnar Solksjaer has given a positive update regarding Marcus Rashford’s fitness. It seems that the young English attacker will soon be playing in front of the Old Trafford crowd by next month.
Marcus Rashford had played 50 games last season and showed signs of discomfort numerous times. He had revealed that his shoulder is causing him trouble and surgery is the only possible solution.
Manchester United didn’t provide much time for him to rest and his dip in form at the end of last season was its outcome. In the Euros, he played very rarely for England and he was so low in confidence which could be seen by his body movements during England’s final match against Italy.

Since then Manchester United and Marcus Rashford have taken some quick steps. They had talked to the medical team and started the treatment immediately. He was expected to be out for about 12 weeks.
His recovery has been inspiring and now he has been training with his teammates. Practising and slowly returning back to his best shape, the player is very close to a return.
As reported by Metro, Solksjaer has released a statement regarding Marcus Rashford’s recovery and he has some special news for the fans.
He said:
“I hope he will be involved against Leicester. He’s been training and physically working really hard, joining in with the group as a floater so no tackles on him. Today was the first day he could be tackled and that’s happened so let’s hope he gets his bearings, finds his movements. There are many, many reasons he could be involved against Leicester.”
Manchester United travel to King Power Stadium to play against Leicester City on the 16th of October and it seems that Marcus Rashford would be travelling with the squad for the match.
He could be given a late substitute appearance and very soon he will be a regular starter for Manchester United. We hope he returns back to his best shape soon and adds many more goals to his name this season.
