Dutch defender, Tyrell Malacia is scheduled to fly to Manchester on Sunday and will complete his medical on Monday.
The left-back’s move from Feyenoord has been agreed upon by the 20-time English champions, and it is believed that personal conditions have also been worked out.
According to recent sources, Malacia used an intermediary person who was not authorized to handle the transfer, which caused the move to be delayed.
The 22-year-old is reportedly now ready to become Erik ten Hag’s first signing as the Premier League giants’ head coach.
Malacia will fly to Manchester on Sunday to have the first of his medical tests and sign his contract with the Red Devils, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.

The defender is getting ready to sign a contract at Old Trafford through 2026, with an option for a further one year.
Feyenoord will earn €15 million (£12.9 million) plus €2 million in add-ons for the Dutch player, who is most likely to join Manchester United on their preseason tour of Thailand and Australia.
Malacia has made 136 appearances for his current team across all competitions, scoring four goals and registering 10 assists while also winning the KNVB Cup and Johan Cruyff Shield.
Frenkie de Jong might follow Malacia to Old Trafford as Manchester United is rumored to be in the final stages of talks with Barcelona regarding the Dutchman.
The 20-time English champions, nevertheless, appear to be struggling to cling on to Cristiano Ronaldo, who reportedly informed the team that he wants to leave the club during the summer transfer window.
