UCL Draw: Man United to face Bayern Munich, Copenhagen and Galatasaray

According to the Independent, Manchester United have been drawn into a group alongside Bayern Munich, Copenhagen, and Galatasaray for this season’s UEFA Champions League.

After a one-season absence, the Red Devils return to this elite club competition. In the 2021-22 season, they secured the top spot in their group ahead of Villarreal but were eliminated in the round of 16. Atletico Madrid defeated them with a 2-1 aggregate scoreline.

United’s manager, Erik ten Hag, aims for an improved performance and has aspirations to win the prestigious Champions League title.

In the group stage, United will compete against Bayern, Copenhagen, and Galatasaray. There’s a notable history between United and Bayern, particularly their dramatic victory over Bayern in the 1999 final, which remains a fond memory for United.
