Manchester United FC have had a terrible summer transfer window, as the club has only managed to sign one player and sell one more. The Red Devils have signed only Donny Van de Beek and the Dutch international has been at Manchester for about a couple of weeks. In his latest talk with Inside United Van de Beek has given his first thoughts about life at Manchester United.
Van de Beek is a great signing for the Red Devils as the Dutch youngster will provide quality and depth to the United midfield. Though it is unlike for Van de Beek to break into the starting XI directly, the midfielder is expected to feature heavily from the bench. Solskjaer and the United fan base have been very happy with the signing.
In his latest interview, he said: “Everyone has helped me a lot and wanted to make me feel at home and this is really good for me and it has given me the confidence to play. It’s a family club, I feel this already from the first seconds I have been here.”
He also added that “Old Trafford is an amazing stadium. The nicest thing will be when the fans are there too and I cannot wait to play for the first time in front of them. I hope to see them soon in the stadium because for our team they will give us a lot of power when we can have them with us.” Solskjaer will hope that Van de Beek becomes a legend at United and stays at the club for a long time successfully.
