Manchester United faces Southampton in their second match of the new Premier League season. They will not have their home comfort as they travel to St Mary’s in search of another win.
The match also provides a big opportunity for Manchester United to equal the record of longest unbeaten away run. Arenal’s 27 matches unbeaten run in 2003-04 was the highest ever achieved in the Premier League.
Also, it could be a debut for their new third kit which our players will wear against Southampton.
Manchester United defeated Leeds United by a 5-1 scoreline and it was a perfect way to start their new campaign. Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes were the stars of the match as they created wonders on the pitch. A hattrick for Bruno and four assists for Pogba was just delightful to watch.
They also threw a warning to other teams that they are ready to break any opposition defence. Mason Greenwood and Fred scored the rest and made sure that Leeds never touch our goal.

Southampton vs Manchester United: Team News
The most exciting news will be the debut of Jadon Sancho against Leeds United. He made a second-half appearance and was quick to add his name on the scoresheet against Burnely in a behind-the-door match.
Jadon Sancho will be fit and ready to start against Southampton and fans will be thrilled to see their new signing terrify the opposition defense. Also, Raphael Varane has signed for United and started his training. He may get a chance to feature in the match if he is ready to play.
Phil Jones has returned from his injury. Eric Bailly has also returned from international duty.
Injured: Marcus Rashford, Alex Telles
Major Doubt: Raphael Varane, Eric Bailly, Jesse Lingard, Edinson Cavani, Dean Henderson, Phil Jones
Opposition Key Man: James Ward-Prowse
The set-piece master has been the star performer for Southampton and has troubled United in his last encounter at St.Mary’s last year. He has been able to rattle the net with his powerful long striker and free-kicks.
He has also been able to build many attacking moves with his accurate passes. He had Danny Ings in support last season. But now Ings has moved to Aston Villa and it will put more pressure on Ward-Prowse to deliver.
United’s defenders will have to be more careful with their tackles and will make sure that they don’t gift Southampton more free-kicks.
Our Prediction for the Match:
We expect that Manchester United will not struggle this time and will win comfortably with a 3-1 scoreline. Bruno Fernandes will be the favorite to score against Southampton on Sunday.
